O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Texas to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team in customer service excellence, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, invoicing, and ensuring security and opening/closing procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and with proper documentation.
• Process retail returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage returned merchandise correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before shipping.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, manage money deposits, and secure premises.
