Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close store when management absent, including cash handling and start-up duties.
• Open back door for deliveries.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues.
• Share customer service best practices with team to ensure delight.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management.
• Coach team on warehouse/vendor ordering and deliveries.
• Record all sales, including scanning errors and price verifications.
• Review order exceptions and assist with reverse logistics.
• Develop displays; complete resets and revisions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and on-hand quantities.
• Follow Outdate program with the team.
• Manage basic pricing and signage; ensure regulatory compliance signage.
• Assist with bookkeeping: cash reports, counts, ledgers, payments.
• Support maintenance and repairs; keep store clean and orderly.
• Separate foods and rotate stock; apply FIFO.
• Know store systems and equipment.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Bag checks of team members; uphold policies and respectful relations.
• Complete special assignments as requested.
