Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and courteous customer experience.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Support pharmacy out window and maintain store systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Maintain clean, neat store condition and assist with communications between management and staff.
