Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays and manage weekly promotional merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews, and protect customer confidentiality.
