CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management by driving execution, customer service, and daily operations. You will lead staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, presenting merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a friendly, compliant shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and ensure displays and weekly promotions are properly executed.
