Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations at our Pequannock location. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. This role offers growth opportunities within Goodwill NYNJ and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and work collaboratively with others.
• Flexible availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Assist customers, coach associates, operate the register, merchandise the floor.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and other operational responsibilities.
• Greet and assist customers and donors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and respectfully.
• Promote the Goodwill Rewards program and Round Up donations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
