Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey (GWNYNJ) is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and elevate the customer experience. You will lead a high-performing, customer-first team, coach staff, and ensure brand standards and CARE service are consistently followed.

In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to resolve issues, drive sales, and maintain visual and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in retail store supervisory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lead a team and train staff to deliver CARE service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing customer-first oriented team
• Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure CARE experience
• Deliver excellent service and brand standards in the absence of Store Manager
• Assist in driving brand loyalty and knowledge of Goodwill Rewards program
• Ensure selling floor presentation reflects current visual direction
• Support Store Manager in operations and staff development
