Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey (GWNYNJ) seeks a Key Holder to support store management in daily operations and enhance customer experience. The role trains and coaches associates, drives CARE standards, and ensures operations run smoothly in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will lead a customer-first team, resolve issues quickly, and maintain brand standards on the selling floor while fostering teamwork with sales specialists and staff.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to drive store results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing customer-first team and coach the team to deliver CARE service.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and collaborate with specialists and associates.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
• Ensure store presentation and adherence to policies, procedures and brand standards.
