Walgreens in Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH is seeking a store operations teammate to open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure floor and stock room readiness for the business day. The role involves welcoming customers, resolving issues, and supporting service excellence across the store.

Responsibilities include apparel to maintain pricing accuracy, assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and cooperative displays, while ensuring store systems and safety procedures

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Acts as liaison between management and team, communicates tasks, and reports issues when management is not present.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing, signage, and shelf organization; supports display resets and merchandising.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks, cash reports/counts, and supports store operations including vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
