Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products/services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Share customer service best practices with teammates to maintain high service levels.
• Hold store keys to open/close; coach others on ordering, deliveries, and backdoor access.
• Register sales, document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with displays, pricing changes, and stock organization; monitor inventory accuracy.
• Support with bookkeeping, cash reports, ledgers, and bills when needed.
• Ensure store appearance and maintenance; enforce proper product placement and freshness.
