• Opens/closes store, handles cash and ensures floor and stock room are ready for business day.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers customer service and resolves issues to create a delightful experience.
• In absence of management, serves as liaison and communicates tasks to team members.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and standard pricing/display signage.
