• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Manages store keys for opening/closing when management is not present and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Maintains accurate register records, price verifications, and stock levels; supports displays and pricing changes.
• Supports inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and backroom organization to ensure readiness for business.
