Qualifications

• Soft skills include problem solving, quick learning, strong communication, and organization.
• Must hold the Texas Food Protection Certification.
• Experience supervising a shift and training associates is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as Person in Charge during assigned shifts, maintaining Donatos food safety and quality standards.
• Models Donatos Service Behaviors and sets the tone for the shift.
• Interacts with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipates customer needs and removes service barriers.
• Trains Associates on Donatos standards using available learning tools.
• Sets up registers and cash for opening shifts.
• Completes closing procedures and paperwork to Donatos standards.
