• Completion of Donatos M.I.T. program and food safety courses.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Coach and train Associates to meet Donatos standards.
• Open or close the restaurant in absence of a Manager and handle administrative tasks.
• Manage food, labor and costs through training and coaching.
