Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC in Brandon, MS is seeking an entry-mid level Shift Leader to support the store's daily operations and uphold Krystal’s Brand Vision, Mission and Promise.

You will work with the management team to ensure customer service, food safety, and financial accountability while training and coaching A+ talent to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain performance standards, and contribute to sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while assisting the management team in training and recognizing A+ talent.
• Partner with the management team to execute the Performance Management process.
• Drive a customer-focused culture and resolve customer issues; coach shifts to meet service standards.
• Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts and follow Krystal procedures.
• Partner with management to implement restaurant level plans and marketing initiatives.
