Job summary

Krystal Restaurants is seeking an entry- to mid-level Shift Leader to support store management in daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and facilities upkeep. You will help train and coach A+ talent to deliver on Krystal’s standards and brand promises.

You will manage shifts, ensure safety and quality, assist in cash controls and inventory, and partner with the team to meet people, service, sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software – proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, &weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates

Responsibilities

• Assist management in recruiting, training and coaching high-performing staff.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and issues are resolved.
• Support execution of restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives.
• Help manage cash control, inventory, labor and food cost during shifts.
• Adhere to food safety and company procedures.
