Krystal Restaurants Career Center seeks a Shift Leader in Ridgeland, MS to support daily restaurant operations and model Krystal’s values. You will coach A+ talent to achieve goals in People, Customer, Sales and Profit while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year of restaurant experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office; flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends; ability to travel between locations.
