Job summary

You must be at least 18 and have 6 months of management or Andy’s experience, with quick service background preferred. The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and following our policies, with opportunities to lead during peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels are met per shift.
• Operate custard machines and ensure high quality product.
• Prepare custard/food to Andy’s standards.
• Complete Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed.
• Drive sales and monitor KPI performance.
• Lead store operations on shift and train new staff.
• Provide feedback and maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers.
• Maintain health and safety regulations.
