You will model the Andy’s standards while directing daily operations and overseeing staff, inventory, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in quick-service, is 18+ and ready to own the store’s success through hands-on leadership and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of proven management experience in quick-service.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience leading teams and managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations to achieve company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train, coach, and develop crew to drive performance and promotion readiness.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance and audit readiness.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs while maintaining service levels.
• Oversee product preparation, inventory, and vendor relations as needed.
• Communicate with district managers and home office to report performance and issues.
