Must be 18+, with at least 6 months of management experience, quick service preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to Andy’s standards, including opening/closing

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise crew on shift.
• Train and coach staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and health/safety regulations.
• Open and close store as key holder.
• Deliver legendary customer service and manage cash and POS operations.
• Lead during absence of GM/AGM.
