Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Registers all related sales, reviews order releases, and assists with reverse logistics and displays
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and basic department pricing, ensuring proper signage and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with store maintenance, stock rotation, and the proper handling of food items when applicable.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team members and reports disciplinary issues or complaints to management.
• Attends training as requested by management.
