Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash accurately, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for the day. You will assist with deliveries, process returns and refunds, and provide change at registers while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Completes cash drops, returns, refunds, and pricing tasks; maintains cashier records and price verifications.
• Engages customers and patients to deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
