Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to join our leadership team. You will coach a small crew, ensure food quality, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience during close shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma, being 18+, and ServSafe certification within 90 days. The role offers night shifts, a pay of $19 per hour with tips, 38–40 hours weekly, and clear opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete ServSafe Managers Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 1 year (preferred) high-volume restaurant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Produce high-quality food and maintain standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Cash handling and adherence to POS procedures.
• Follow Training Program and develop team members.
• Enforce policies, participate in local marketing, and build sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the shift.
