Job summary

ERock seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead safe, reliable shift operations across modular natural gas generation assets and balance-of-plant equipment in a 24/7 setting. You will direct daily operations, monitor controls, and coordinate handoffs, ensuring on‑time, compliant performance.

You will oversee maintenance coordination through CMMS, support safety and environmental compliance, and communicate with management, utility partners, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in power generation or similar operations.
• 3 to 5 years supervising teams in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical distribution and modular generators.
• Experience with CMMS, control-room data, and documentation.
• Ability to make safe, timely decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Direct daily operations, monitor control systems, coordinate shift handoffs, and lead operators and technicians on modular natural gas generators and balance‑of‑plant equipment.
• Reliability & Performance: Monitor plant performance via software and automated grid-control systems; troubleshoot anomalies.
• Maintenance Coordination: Support run-hour-based preventive and corrective maintenance workflows via CMMS; prioritize and document work.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote safety culture and ensure environmental, health, and safety requirements are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as on-site operational lead during shifts, coordinating with plant management, utility partners, client representatives, and maintenance teams.
