Job summary

ERock! is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead safe, reliable shift operations across modular natural gas generation assets in a 24/7 environment.

You will supervise operators and technicians, monitor performance, and coordinate maintenance with CMMS tools to keep the plant running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in power generation or industrial operations, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills for high-pressure

Qualifications

• Experience 5 to 10 years in power generation or industrial plant operations.
• 3 to 5 years of supervising teams in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical distribution and generators.
• Proficiency with digital operations software and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, monitor control systems, and coordinate shift handoffs.
• Provide frontline leadership for operators and technicians on modular gas generators.
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot anomalies in real time.
• Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
