Job summary

ERock seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead operations at a power generation facility in Midland, Texas. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of generation equipment while developing a high-performing maintenance organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in maintenance, including supervisory experience, and a degree in Engineering. Responsibilities include managing maintenance programs, driving reliability, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in power generation or similar industrial environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance programs and documentation practices.

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel for safe, efficient maintenance execution.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive corrective actions.
