The Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading safe, reliable, and efficient shift operations across modular natural gas generation assets and balance-of-plant equipment. The Operations Supervisor provides front-line leadership for plant operations in a 24/7 environment. This role oversees rotational shift execution, equipment performance, operating discipline, maintenance coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings hands-on power generation or industrial operations experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in time-sensitive operating conditions.
