Job summary

ERock is seeking a disciplined Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance execution at an assigned power-generation facility. You will build and sustain a high-performing maintenance organization ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all generation and balance-of-plant equipment.

The role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, establishes processes, develops personnel, and ensures work is executed to standard with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in power generation or similar industrial environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
• Establish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support equipment reliability and availability.
• Develop and maintain work planning, scheduling, and execution processes to ensure timely maintenance delivery.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify failure trends, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented within the CMMS, including work orders and asset data.
• Coordinate planned outages, outages, and routine maintenance activities, ensuring availability of parts and resources.
• Promote a strong safety culture with PPE, LOTO, and environmental compliance.
• Manage contractor activities related to maintenance and align with site safety and performance expectations.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to prioritize work and support troubleshooting.
