Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking aMaintenance Technician III to support the operation and maintenance of client facility systems. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance for MHE, conveyors, and automation equipment.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and collaboration with client teams to ensure high uptime and efficient operations within a large logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with MHE safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to analyze equipment with OEE/uptime metrics.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors and control components.
• Mentor technicians and plan emergency repairs.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with client operations to maintain safety and performance.
