Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, guide technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance. You will support MHE systems such as conveyors and scanners, aiming to maximize reliability and performance at a client facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems across the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and maintenance training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to ensure uptime.
