Job summary
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, guide other technicians, and optimize MHE reliability in a large client facility. You will focus on preventive maintenance, PLCs and control systems, and safety as part of a diverse CBRE team.
You will build work orders in a CMMS, mentor staff, and ensure high equipment uptime. A relevant background includes conveyors, robotics, and industrial electronics, with strong problem-solving and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
- Proven experience reading blueprints and schematics; PL C programming and CMMS proficiency.
- Strong electrical/electronic knowledge per NEC; ability to perform preventative maintenance and run MHE safety checks.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems in the facility.
- Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
- Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and motors.
