Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support equipment reliability in a client facility. You will lead a shift, mentor coworkers, and optimize preventive maintenance of conveyors, sortation, scanners, and SCADA devices.

Your expertise in PLCs, electrical principles, and CMMS will drive uptime and safety. Strong communication with client operations and safety focus are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control components.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and training plans.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
