Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead and execute maintenance for a large client facility. You will supervise a shift, optimize preventive maintenance, and ensure high equipment reliability across conveyors, sortation, scanners, and SCADA-enabled systems.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the client and maintenance teams. Excellent troubleshooting, PLC/SCADA knowledge, and CMMS proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics and with PLC programs.
• Ability to use CMMS and track maintenance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotics.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Mentor technicians and support cross-functional teams.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with client operations and safety teams.
• Uphold safety procedures and conditions.
