Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking a Production Coordinator to supervise hourly teams supporting data center construction and ongoing campus operations. You will manage material flow, inventory requests, and on-time delivery of high-value components, ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction to align priorities, reconcile BOMs, and improve receiving, kitting, and overall logistics. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in materials/production without a degree.
• 1+ years leading hourly warehouse or production teams.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and BOM-driven material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level production coordination and ensure on-time material delivery.
• Manage an hourly workforce, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Monitor operations to maintain a safe workplace with zero OSHA recordables.
• Interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction on priorities and part status.
• Maintain BOM reconciliation and accurate material releases.
