Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Production Coordinator to support data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area. You will coordinate with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of components, kits, and assemblies for hyperscale AI infrastructure.

The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on work ethic, and the ability to work across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts for data center build and operations.
• Maintain material and production schedules through coordination of planning and shortage management.
• Verify all material received for conformity with paperwork, part numbers, quantity, and revisions.
• Interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction on release of work orders and material requests.
• Reconcile work order bill of material quantities.
