Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Production Coordinator to support data center construction, commissioning, and campus operations in the Memphis/Southaven area. You will collaborate with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of components and assemblies for hyperscale AI training infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, strong prioritization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

1+ year of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or higher.
Associate’s degree in a business or technology field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts.
Maintain material and production schedules through planning and shortage management.
Ensure parts and equipment are handled properly per SpaceXAI specs, including high-value servers and networking gear.
Interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction on work orders and material requests.
Reconcile work order bill of material quantities.
Verify material received for conformity with paperwork and part numbers.
Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership.
Support logistics and operations teams with corrective actions and process improvements.
Perform de-kitting operations and return-to-stock processes.
