Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage hourly Production Coordinators for data center construction, commissioning, and site operations in Memphis/Southaven. You will lead shift execution for material flow, reconcile BOMs, and ensure on-time delivery of high-value components while upholding safety and inventory integrity.

The role requires 2+ years in materials or production management, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of experience leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, production coordination, or manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an hourly workforce by assessing performance and addressing issues.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Monitor and improve operations with a safe work environment.
• Own shift-level production coordination: inventory requests, kits, and on-time delivery.
• Interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction on priorities and part status.
• Ensure BOM reconciliation and correct material release to production.
• Maintain data integrity in company systems and resolve bad demand or schedules.
• Supervise kit build, de-kit, return-to-stock, and workflow improvements.
