Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Production Coordinator to support data center construction, commissioning and campus operations in Memphis/Southaven. You will work with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery of components, kits and assemblies for hyperscale AI training infrastructure.

The role requires experience in supply chain environments, forklift operation, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Experience in data center, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
Experience operating forklifts.
APICS certification.

Responsibilities

Create inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts for data center build and operations.
Maintain material and production schedules through coordination of planning and shortage management.
Ensure parts and equipment are handled and protected properly and within SpaceXAI specifications.
Interface with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction on the release of work orders and material requests.
Reconcile work order bill of material quantities.
Maintain high integrity in company computer systems per procedures; assist with resolution of incorrect system data.
