Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator Supervisor to lead hourly teams in data center construction, commissioning, and campus operations around Memphis/Southaven. You will manage material flow, inventory requests, shortage management, BOM reconciliation, and on-time delivery of servers and networking gear while upholding safety and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in lieu of degree in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing.
• 1+ years leading hourly warehouse, inventory, or production teams.
• 5+ years ERP/inventory software experience (SAP, Oracle) and MRP-driven material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level production coordination: manage work orders, kits, and material requests.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-value servers and networking gear to site operations.
• Drive safety, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement across receiving, inventory, and material flow.
