Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis/Southaven is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee hourly Production Coordinators and logistics teammates supporting data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations.

You will lead shift execution of material flow, manage inventory accuracy, and drive safety, cost savings, and continuous improvement across receiving, kitting, and supply chain processes, collaborating with engineers and Site Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years in materials management or 4+ years without a degree.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse, inventory, or production coordination teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and data-center or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly workforce with performance feedback and corrective actions.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Monitor operations for safety with zero OSHA incidents goal.
• Own shift-level production coordination: inventory requests, kits, and parts.
• Ensure parts handling per company specifications for high-value equipment.
• Interface with engineers, Site Operations, and construction on priorities.
• Reconcile BOM quantities and ensure released material matches paperwork.
• Maintain data integrity in systems to prevent bad demand or failures.
• Supervise kit build, de-kit, return-to-stock, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure cycle counting, FIFO/stock rotation, and environmental controls.
• Lead cost-saving and continuous-improvement projects.
• Develop the workforce and monitor timekeeping.
