Job summary

SpaceXAI’s team is a small, highly motivated group focused on engineering excellence. This role supervises hourly Production Coordinators supporting data center construction, commissioning, and campus operations in Memphis/Southaven.

You will lead shift execution of material flow, manage shortages, BOM reconciliation, and ensure on-time delivery of high-value servers and networking gear to Site Operations. The position emphasizes inventory integrity, safety, and customer service while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, or production teams.
• Experience with ERP/inventory software and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly Production Coordinators and logistics staff.
• Oversee inventory requests, shortages, kits, and BOM reconciliation.
• Ensure on-time material delivery for data center build and operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and safety across material flow.
• Interface with engineers and Site Operations on priorities.
• Lead continuous improvement in receiving and material flow.
• Develop workforce and approve timekeeping.
