Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound, outbound and warehousing activities, including labor scheduling, space utilization and customer communication. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive cost-effective operations in a fast-paced DC environment.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, 3 years in logistics, 1 year in supervision, forklift certification preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English language skills (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and plan daily work activities.
• Ensure KPI targets, safety and quality compliance.
• Develop systems for safe and profitable operations.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Plan daily work schedule and assign duties to warehouse staff.
