Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to coordinate and oversee warehousing activities, including receiving, picking, and shipping. You will mentor associates, ensure adherence to SOPs, and uphold safety and quality standards within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of logistics experience, with forklift certification training and competency in RF scanners and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates on distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train associates on Standard Operating Procedures including shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates.
• Oversee unloading and staging of shipments and verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Coordinate loading of orders and ensure accuracy per SOPs.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse area and comply with safety policies.
