Job summary

Madison Reed is hiring a Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist, to ensure outstanding guest experiences at the Hair Color Bar and supervise daily operations. As a keyholder, you may act as manager-on-duty during absences and help drive team success during peak times.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and help meet sales goals while staying current on Madison Reed products and services. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 1+ year leading in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach team members and drive monthly sales goals.
• Step in as manager-on-duty when needed.
• Coordinate front- and back-of-house operations.
