Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar is seeking a Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist who will guide guest experiences, supervise the appointment flow, and model our values. You will act as manager-on-duty when needed, lead a front-to-back service team, and help grow the business through coaching and community engagement.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability. Compensation combines base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings of $39–$41 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• At least 1 year of colorist experience behind the chair.
• At least 1 year of leadership in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience operating point-of-sale systems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage appointment flow and team communication.
• Serve as manager-on-duty when the manager is absent.
• Coach team members and drive sales, memberships, and retail.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and brand standards.
• Build community relationships and promote Madison Reed offerings.
