Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you apply.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail/salon setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver top-tier guest experiences aligned with company values.
• Address guest service issues and resolve them promptly.
• Support front and back of house operations and inventory tasks.
• Provide consultations and all services on the menu, including chemical services.
• Step in as manager-on-duty to support the team and drive sales.
