Job summary

Madison Reed in Folsom, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to partner with the Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience and lead a high-performing team on busy shifts. You will supervise the appointment schedule, assist guests, and model service standards while driving sales and product knowledge.

As a keyholder, you will be on the manager-on-duty when leadership is away, coaching teammates and ensuring operations runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 1+ year colorist experience behind the chair.
• 1+ year leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver a top-tier guest experience.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations on shift.
• Provide consultations and all menu services with quality results.
• Step in as manager-on-duty during absence and coach the team.
• Help achieve monthly sales goals including retail and memberships.
