Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 1+ year as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead through example to deliver top-tier guest experiences and drive sales.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards with the team.
• Support front and back-of-house operations and SOP adherence.
• Provide consultations and all menu services, including hair coloring and styling.
• Step in as manager-on-duty to coach the team and foster collaboration.
• Help achieve monthly sales, service, and retail KPIs.
• Ensure showroom standards, inventory security, and asset protection.
