The role is full-time, weekend availability is required, and compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips ranging from $43-$45 per hour, depending on bar performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills to deliver top-tier guest experiences aligned with company values.
• Lead by example in sales and service, resolving guest issues.
• Support front and back of house operations and assist guests with retail orders.
• Provide consultations and all services on the menu including chemical services.
• Act as manager-on-duty when needed and coach team members for performance.
