Wingstop Shift Lead at Sizzling Platter LLC in San Diego, CA, supports daily restaurant operations by supervising team members and ensuring Wingstop standards are met. You guide the crew, maintain high quality, and assist management in delivering a top guest experience.

You will provide coaching, handle guest concerns, ensure food safety and presentation, and participate in opening/closing procedures while maintaining a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
